Developing the fare enforcement program for the Viva BRT Proof-of-Payment fare system including negotiating with York Regional Police Service concerning the establishment of the YRT special constable service, selecting devices, equipment and uniforms and participating in the candidate interview and selection process.

GO Transit

Advising GO Transit on accessibility for disabled passengers of the design and operation of all passenger interface devices and services in the Presto system.

Metrolinx

Advising Metrolinx (Greater Toronto Area Transportation Authority) on commercialization of Presto for applications beyond transit fare payment including third party loyalty system providers.

Brampton Transit

Developing a fare revenue strategy for Brampton Transit to remain revenue/cost neutral with the introduction of the Presto smart card.


BC Transit

Developing plan to replace fareboxes and fare collection systems currently at the six Tier One Municipal Systems, drafting a business case for this plan and then developing the RFP for the procurement of this new system, with an option to provide program management services for the manufacturing, installation, commissioning and warranty of the new system.

Grand River Transit

Reviewing and recommending alternative solutions for the on-bus validation and the collection and reporting on usage of U-Passes by UW and WLU students.

Whitehorse Transit

Developing a negotiation framework for the introduction of institutional discounted bus pass programs.
